Her name is Elin Nordegren, she was Jesper Parnevik's nanny for his 4 girls, and yes she is Swedish, and yes she is (was) a model, and yes, she is 24.
There was early speculation when their relationship was first spilled by Jesper before the Players Championship that she might have a negative influence on his game... and he did not win at Ponte Vedra... Craig Perks did... and that victory had an adverse effect on his game. Tiger just went on to win the Masters, where the spotlight was more on Elin than on Tiger in the early rounds, and then the media feasted on the "relationship" between girlfriend and mother - especially after they spent the final round and trophy presentation no more than a few feet apart at any one time.
